THE FIRST FASHION DIARY

Hie readers!
Welcome to my first blog post 🙂

“As I’m maturing, I’m going to do different things and take on new parts. I hope people come along with me on the journey”- Emma Watson

These very lines inspired me to create a fashion blog of my own where I can find strength and confidence in myself and feel good about myself whenever I’m feeling down. Because this is the first blog post, I’d like to first and foremost talk about the stereotype revolving a ‘typical blogger’(some of whom are surely my inspirations,no doubt) – perfect height, perfect figure, perfect complexion, perfect weight and most importantly a perfect bank account. Well, I can(proudly) say that I have none of those. I am any other girl with an umm..average height, average weight (not revealing numbers here). I might have even passed by some of you a million times but you see, I have found in apparels, my unique identity which the body I was born with couldn’t give me. Not saying I detest how I look but clothes surely opened up a new way for me to love myself(hehe). So, like I have already mentioned in the right hand corner of my blog, I’m just here-another blogger yet not just any other trying to show how my love for sensible dressing has driven me to the ‘insanity’ of publishing it.

Well, so here I’ve got two different looks for my first blog post. It represents the two different sides of me. As most of you who’ve known me must be aware of the fact that my style is everchanging. I like mixing things up and I hop from girly silhouettes to edgy styles all within a week. There is no particular ‘style genre’ that I follow.

The blue midi bodycon dress has always been on the top of my wishlist and I was so glad the moment I found the ‘ideal’ one in my favorite store. Surely, Forever21 has never let me down and this is the reason why I’m so in love with the brand. This blue beauty can be styled in either way you want. I’ve added my own personality touch to it and styled it in two very different styles-Both girly and grungy. So you see, I can either attend the most happening party in the city or hit the most talked about concerts with these two looks 😉
